Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
  • School-based OT experience, particularly in settings with students presenting significant support needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in timely and thorough documentation and paperwork
  • Experience with or openness to working with students with autism, multiple disabilities, and life skills challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a varied school-aged caseload
  • Assess student needs, plan individualized interventions, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster a supportive environment for each student
  • Complete required documentation, reporting, and service logs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute actively to IEP development and review processes
