Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Occupational Therapist to join our network and remotely support a school district in North Carolina. This is a 1099 contract position with the flexibility to work fully from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory integration, and functional needs.
  • Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active North Carolina OT license 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a virtual work environment.
