Sunbelt Staffing is excited to partner with Federal Way Public Schools to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 20252026 school year. This onsite role involves working closely with K12 students across two schools to provide essential therapy services that promote independence and school participation.
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
Complete evaluations and contribute to eligibility assessments
Create and carry out individualized treatment plans based on IEP objectives
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
Ensure all documentation and reporting comply with district and state standards
Active Washington State OT License
ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) mandatory for school-based practice in WA
Experience working in school settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population across multiple sites
Full-time hours with a consistent schedule
