Job Description

Seeking a dedicated professional to deliver specialized Occupational Therapy services in an in-home setting. This part-time position is located in Brush Prairie, WA, where you will provide essential support to students requiring therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Experience in home health, healthcare, and/or school settings
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support

Location:
Brush Prairie, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to students in their homes, ensuring personalized care (2 sessions of 40 minutes each)
  • Conduct weekly consultations (15 minutes) to discuss progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support students’ overall development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student care
