Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy License in Massachusetts
  • No Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Location:

  • Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to create tailored treatment plans
  • Assess student needs and progress, adjusting therapy goals as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with students families regarding their development
