Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN license
• Proven ability to administer insulin via bolus
• Experience working with students with special needs, particularly in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff

Location:
Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite at an elementary school)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing support to the student, focusing on their specific health needs
• Track carbohydrate intake and administer bolus insulin as required
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Monitor the students health and respond to any medical needs throughout the school day
• Maintain accurate records of health interventions and communications with parents or guardians
