Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher for a full-time position in Philadelphia, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic educator who enjoys creating hands-on, engaging lessons that inspire students to explore the world of science.

Qualifications:

• PA Teaching License

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons to students in grades 3-5.
• Develop instructional materials that align with state standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and scientific inquiry.
• Encourage student participation and hands-on learning through experiments, activities, and group discussions.
• Assess student progress through both formal and informal methods and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, attendance, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive learning community.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Ensure a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
