Full Time General Ed Teacher- near Daleville, IN
Sunbelt is hiring a teacher for a school in the Daleville area.Teacher will be responsible for lead teaching Algebra 1 to an inclusive classroom with special education students, and co-teaching other electives.

Current School Year AND Next School Year. Please only apply if open to both!

Job Type:

  • Full-Time (35 - 37.5 hours)
  • M-F
  • Caseload varies dependent upon school location.

Job Requirements

  • Valid General Education Teaching License for Secondary Grades (6-12) or a Special Education Teaching License in Indiana
  • Experience teaching Algebra 1, Math endorsement is preferred along with experience
  • Comfortable co-teaching additional subjects: Earth Science, Wellness, and other electives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans that align with state standards and student learning objectives.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing feedback to encourage academic growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and respect.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff to share student progress, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
