Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid NM Educational Diagnostician License
  • Strong background in special education and assessment

  • Proficient in conducting evaluations and writing reports

Location:

  • Bayard, NM

Responsibilities:

  • Review IEPs and evaluation data to ensure compliance and guide assessments.
  • Complete REED documents and support teams during REED meetings.
  • Conduct re-evaluations for existing special education students.
  • Perform initial evaluations for students not yet receiving services, facilitating their entry into necessary programs.
  • Analyze assessment and classroom data to determine testing needs based on referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams to ensure timely evaluations and eligibility determinations.
