Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a K-12 school environment in Worcester, MA. This position focuses on providing exceptional support and guidance to students through the application of behavior analysis techniques during a six-month parental leave coverage, approximately from May 5, 2025, to November 7, 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active MA BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of various behavior modification techniques and data collection methods.
