Job Description

Sunbelt is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in West Roxbury, MA to assist teachers and support students in the classroom, ensuring they receive the guidance and attention needed to succeed academically and socially.

Job Details:

Full-Time
Monday-Friday
Grades K-12
1:1 Caseloads Available

Job Responsibilities:

Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) effectively
Train school staff on behavioral strategies
Adapt to changing caseloads and student needs as required
Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
Work under BCBA supervision

Qualifications:

Active RBT license (BCBA supervision provided)
Experience with severe behavioral challenges
Strong understanding of self-injurious behavior intervention
Ability to be flexible and adapt to different student assignments
