Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide behavior analytic services in a K-12 school setting. This position focuses on covering a six-month parental leave, requiring a proactive and compassionate approach to addressing student needs through applied behavior analysis.

Location: Waltham, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavior analytic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement effective behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
