Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with individual students and small groups to address problem behaviors and implement effective interventions

  • Model, coach, and provide professional development on research-based methods
  • Develop and assist in the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct assessments and analyze student data to inform practices and interventions
