Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Near St. Cloud, MN

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role near St. Cloud, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to support students by implementing behavior intervention strategies.

Job Details:

Full-time, onsite position for the current school year
Develop and oversee behavior plans for students
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
