Job Description

An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional with expertise in behavior analysis within an educational setting. This role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering positive behavioral outcomes for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress

Location:

  • Reading, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and interventions
  • Monitor and report on student progress through data collection and analysis
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
  • Advocate for students’ behavioral and educational goals
