Full-Time School-Based Behavior Technician | Near New Carlisle, OH
 

We are seeking a certified Behavior Technician (RBT or similar) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and promoting positive behavior development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and document data on client progress.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients with behavioral challenges.
  • Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification (RBT or similar).
  • Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
