Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school environments
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a middle school student with behavioral and communication needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Utilize a trauma-informed approach to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as necessary to encourage participation and movement.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support the student’s transition plans as they move toward high school.
