Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA licensure in Massachusetts
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop ABA programs tailored to meet the needs of students

  • Provide training and support to staff and parents regarding behavioral interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adapt programs as necessary
