Job Description

An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide specialized behavioral analysis services within a therapeutic program. This part-time position requires a dedicated individual to support students and staff through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Experience in educational settings, particularly with students with special needs
  • Proficient in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate 15 hours per week

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families on ABA techniques
  • Implement and monitor progress of BIPs, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate behavioral strategies in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved
