Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) License
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students, particularly in special education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective teaching strategies
  • Collaborative mindset to work alongside educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families regarding behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between students, families, and school personnel to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of behavioral data and progress.
