Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide specialized support to a 10-year-old student in an elementary school setting. This full-time, one-on-one position involves working closely with the student to enhance their learning experiences and address individual needs through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Knowledge of various ABA methodologies and techniques
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one instruction and support to the student using ABA techniques
