• Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and interventions in compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs and progress.

Qualifications:

• Active IL BCBA credentials required.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse student populations.
