Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled School Psychologist to join our team in supporting the emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of students.

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping students overcome personal and academic challenges, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree
School Psychologist license

Job Details:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' cognitive, emotional, academic, and behavioral needs using standardized testing, observations, and interviews. Interpret data to help guide educational decisions, IEPs, and 504 plans.
Provide individual and group counseling to students to address issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, social skills, and emotional regulation. Offer crisis intervention as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop strategies for meeting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Provide consultation and training on mental health, behavior management, and inclusion strategies.
