Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled School Psychologist to join our team in supporting the emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of students.

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping students overcome personal and academic challenges, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.

Job Requirements: 

  • Master's Degree
  • School Psychologist license

Job Details:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' cognitive, emotional, academic, and behavioral needs using standardized testing, observations, and interviews. Interpret data to help guide educational decisions, IEPs, and 504 plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, social skills, and emotional regulation. Offer crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop strategies for meeting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Provide consultation and training on mental health, behavior management, and inclusion strategies.
