Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Waldenburg, MI. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to support the mental health and academic success of students in a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and guide interventions.
Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Design and deliver programs aimed at enhancing students' social-emotional skills and resilience.
Participate in crisis intervention and provide support during critical incidents.
Stay updated on best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Valid MI school psychologist license or eligibility for licensure.
Experience working in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, families, and staff.
Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to promoting student well-being and success.
