Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a position in the Carpentersville, IL area. Join our team and play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective behavior interventions
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a BCBA
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
