1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Opportunity in Connecticut

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district near New Hartford, Connecticut to locate and hire a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the school year. This role ensures the student’s health needs are met while enabling them to thrive academically.

Job Qualifications:

Valid Connecticut RN license
DOE Certification required (or ability to secure certification).
G-tube management experience is a must.
Previous experience in school or pediatric nursing is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 medical care for a student with complex health needs.
Manage G-tube feedings and monitor for any complications.
Collaborate with educators and families to enhance the student’s school experience.
Maintain accurate health records and comply with care plans.
Support the student’s participation in daily classroom activities.
