Your Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on clients' progress and behaviors.
Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
RBT certification is mandatory.
