School-Based Paraprofessional | Near Clifton, NJ

We are hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional to assist teachers and support students in the classroom. The role involves helping with instructional activities, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom management.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers.
Help with preparing educational materials and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Support students with daily activities and promote their engagement and learning.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or college coursework preferred).
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.
