Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a position in the Lake in the Hills, IL area. Join our team and play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective behavior interventions
Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a BCBA
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
