Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Call Requirements: 1-2 shifts per week and every 3rd weekend

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position offers day shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with call requirements of 1-2 shifts per week and every 3rd weekend.

Compensation: $105/hr (Rate Approved)

As a Cath Lab RN, you will play a key role in assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for patients undergoing procedures such as angiograms, stent placements, and other cardiac interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care or previous Cath Lab experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab, including coronary angiograms, PCI, and stent placements.
Provide patient care throughout the procedure, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Administer medications and IVs as required during the procedure.
Monitor patients during and after procedures, assessing vital signs and responding to changes in condition.
Maintain equipment, ensuring that it is functioning properly before, during, and after procedures.
Work closely with cardiologists, radiologists, and other team members to provide optimal care.
Be on-call for 1-2 shifts per week and every 3rd weekend, as required.

Requirements:

1+ Year of Recent Travel Experience Required
BLS & ACLS Certification Required
1 Year of Critical Care Staff Experience Required OR Previous Cath Lab/Special Procedures Experience
Compact State Licenses Accepted
