Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Warwick, RI. This position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. It’s a great opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes while working with a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
Administer medications, provide wound care, and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on health management and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Rhode Island
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
