Job Description

Respiratory Therapist – Southfield, MI

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Highlights:

Location: Southfield, Michigan
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (36 hours per week, 3 days)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders
Perform diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity
Monitor patient responses to therapy and modify treatments as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatment plans

Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapist license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
Current BLS certification
Prior travel experience preferred
Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment and technology
