Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Virginia

Job Type: 1099 Virtual Contract

Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a qualified remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional virtual services to a school district. This is a contract position, offering a great opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Job Details:

Full time
K-12 caseload
Work from home

Responsibilities may include:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
Current Virginia state SLP License
Prior experience in a school setting preferred
The ability to pass a simple tech screening
