We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide remote therapy services to Minnesota-based students.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services remotely. As a member of our team, you will work with students across various grade levels, offering services such as speech evaluations, assessments, and therapy for speech and language disorders. You’ll have the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on students' development.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
At least 2 years of SLP experience (pediatric experience preferred)
Experience with remote/teletherapy work (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload
Comfortable using telehealth technology and platforms (training provided if needed)
Passionate about providing excellent care for students

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
Provide remote therapy services for students in need of speech-language intervention
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff as needed
Document services and progress reports for each student
Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech-language issues

Compensation:

1099 Contractor position
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
