About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our virtual team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to work remotely with students across California. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment, supported by a skilled clinical and technical team, and equipped with a comprehensive toolkit to enhance your lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students remotely
Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
Create and implement personalized treatment strategies
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Track and document student progress effectively
Conduct therapy sessions using our innovative virtual platform

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with teletherapy preferred, but not required
