Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
Provide virtual instruction and support to students through synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educational professionals to support student learning and development.
Monitor student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate records.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Active Ohio Special Education Teaching License/certification
Comfortable using technology for instruction and communication
Must be able to pass technical screening
Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)

Qualifications:

Experience teaching in a remote or virtual setting.
Familiarity with assistive technology and educational software applications.
