**Job Title: Virtual Special Education Teacher (1099 Contract)**

VocoVision, a leader in virtual education services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our network on a 1099 contract basis. This position allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Michigan, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives from the comfort of your own home.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide virtual special education services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring as required
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Utilize teletherapy software and tools effectively to deliver engaging and effective lessons
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Michigan state teaching certification in Special Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience with virtual teaching or teletherapy
- Familiarity with IEP management software
