Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our virtual team in California. This 1099 independent contractor position offers the flexibility to provide occupational therapy services remotely, helping students achieve their goals from the comfort of their home. You’ll receive support from a dedicated clinical and technical team, along with a comprehensive toolkit to assist in planning and delivering your therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
Assess student abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
Track progress and modify therapy approaches as necessary
Work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
Utilize virtual tools and resources to conduct effective therapy sessions

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current California OT license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but not required
