Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Greenville, SC. This position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, providing a great opportunity to enhance your nursing skills while delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document using OASIS
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and monitoring vital signs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management, wellness, and self-care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in South Carolina
Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
