Job Title: Travel Radiology Technologist
Location: Rochester, NY

Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Evening Shift, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join a leading medical facility in Rochester, NY. This role involves working evening shifts and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced technologist with strong skills in fluoroscopy and OR settings to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a range of radiology procedures, including moderate sedation, OR, ED trauma, and fluoroscopy exams.
Perform fluoroscopy and manage portable CARM equipment effectively.
Ensure high standards of imaging quality and patient safety throughout procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch diagnostic services.
Participate in rotating weekday on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts as needed.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment in accordance with safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

ARRT Certification required.
New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Rad Tech Licensure required.
Proficiency in fluoroscopy and OR procedures is essential.
Recent experience in an acute care or surgery center with portable CARM experience preferred.
Ability to work evening shifts (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) and rotate on-call and weekend shifts.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Must pass a background check and drug screen per Joint Commission standards.
