Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and BLS certifications required
Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in using Varian TrueBeam, Trilogy, and Edge systems, as well as ARIA Systems and Siemens CT
Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Licensure: Active state licensure as a Radiation Therapist (or ability to obtain)

Job Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring accuracy and precision
Operate radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and CT simulators
Develop and implement treatment plans under the guidance of radiation oncologists
Monitor patient response to treatment and document any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
