Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Psych RN) to work at a renowned mental health facility in Warm Springs, MT. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with diverse psychiatric needs. CPI certification is required, along with all standard nursing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Respond effectively to crisis situations and de-escalate challenging behaviors.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.
Support a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing (MT or compact state).
Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Exceptional communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
