Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a leading mental health facility in Warm Springs, MT. This role involves delivering exceptional care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. Ideal candidates will be skilled, empathetic, and ready to make a meaningful difference. CPI certification is required, along with all standard nursing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and daily care activities.
Work closely with RNs and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Provide support during crises and de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
Accurately document patient care, treatment responses, and progress.
Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in good standing (MT or compact state).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in psychiatric or behavioral health care.
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
