Location: Utica, NY

Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel PET/CT Technologist for a rewarding opportunity in Utica, NY. This position involves working daytime shifts from Monday to Friday with no weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities. The role offers the chance to utilize your expertise in PET and CT imaging in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PET and CT imaging procedures using GE Discovery scanners and Siemens Definition CTs.
Conduct F18 FDG, PSMA, and Ga-68 exams with proficiency.
Operate EMR systems including EPIC and Change Healthcare PACS.
Utilize TeraRecon for 3D imaging as needed.
Complete approximately 6 to 8 exams per day.
Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety during all procedures.
Follow established protocols for the utilization of Nuclear Medicine for disease diagnosis.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in PET/CT imaging.
PET experience is required.
BLS and ARRT certification required.
New York State licensure required.
Completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology Program.
NMTCB and/or ARRT certification required.
Proficiency with EMR systems, including EPIC and Change Healthcare PACS.
