Join our team as a School-Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) in Wheaton, IL. Your fluency in ASL will bridge the gap for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students, fostering inclusion and academic success.

Qualifications:

Certified ASL interpreter: Hold a current EIPA score of 3.5+
Strong understanding of Deaf culture and interpreting ethics: Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for Deaf communication styles and needs.
Experience in educational settings preferred: Familiarity with school routines and interpreting for various learning activities is a plus.
