Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team in supporting students with disabilities in a classroom setting.

Job Details:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with disabilities, assisting them in completing assignments, participating in classroom activities, and following their Individualized Education Plan goals.
Help the lead teacher with classroom management, maintaining a positive, structured learning environment, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
Assist students with behavioral challenges, implementing strategies outlined in their IEPs or behavior intervention plans, and promoting positive behavior.
Supervise students during non-instructional times such as recess, lunch, and transition periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.
