Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a full-time Paraprofessional. This role involves supporting students with diverse needs to help them succeed in their educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional support
Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students with special needs
Helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies

Requirements:

Must have experience working with children
Preferably holds an associate’s degree or higher in education or a related field
Must be willing to work on-site
