Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTA)

Location: Highland Park IL

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records per regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and adaptive equipment for improved daily function.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to ethical practice standards.

Requirements:

Education:
Occupational Therapist: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA): Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting

Licensure:
Valid Illinois OT/OTA license
Experience:
Experience in various School settings is a plus.
