Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2024-2025 School Year
Location: Remote (Ohio-based)

Position Overview:
VocoVision is hiring a Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students in Ohio. This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home while delivering impactful speech-language therapy to students in need. You will be supported by a clinical and technical team, and have access to a full toolkit of resources to enhance your therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across Ohio
Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, IEP goals, and student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
Adapt therapy materials to suit diverse learning styles and needs
Stay informed about best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely
Experience with teletherapy is a plus, but not required
