Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team in Kansas City, KS.

In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use across multiple locations.

Job Description:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 13 weeks
  • 5x8 hour night shifts (3:00p - 11:30p)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician

  • CRCSTor CSPDTcertification required within 12 months of hire

  • Must be willing and able to float to all Sterile Processing Department (SPD) locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment

  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory

  • Ensure compliance with infection control standards and hospital protocols
